I just wanted to send a short note of thanks for all the patience and help I got on my recent order. Rick and Mark (I think it was Mark), were of great help in making sure I had all the right parts and that it all got to me in time to install this weekend. I got the parts on time and the whole job went very smoothly and best of all it works great.

These days, it is often hard to find vendors who really take the time to make sure their customers are getting exactly what they need. Everyone that I spoke with at Polytec was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was ordering the right part. Your service and shipping time was also unbelieveable! I ordered the part on Tuesday and it was on my doorstep when I got home from work on Thursday! I installed it this morning and my system is running better than it has in a long time. I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me over the phone but I just want to thank him and your company for having such well trained personnel on hand to help customers like me. To make a long story short, not only did your company have all 4 parts on hand for immediate shipment but when he told me that he will send out the order through USPS Priority Mail, I told him that I do not have that much faith in the post office and he said he could ship FEDEX and I said that would be super and for FREE! He expedited the order on Thursday afternoon and FEDEX rang my doorbell at 9:25 AM this morning, Saturday, 4/25/09! I was flabbergasted. I had the parts installed within the hour and now at 4:15pm my pool looks awesome and clean. Thanks to you and your staff. I love writing emails and letters when there is something extraordinary to write about. You can post this testimonial on your site.

Just want to say thank you for the great service. I purchased a pool light, contacted you about when I should expect shipment. It was on Friday and was told it was shipped that day and you would provide tracking info to me on Monday. Well Monday came, and the package was at my door. Did not need the Tracking....That was fast..... Thank you, I can now go in my pool in the dark...

I spoke with Rick @ the 888-896-POOL number on Sep 20th at about 8:00pm EST.

I had been wading through Hayward Filter information for 6 solid hours. I had spoken to no less then 15 different vendors trying to figure out the differences between the products. I was told from one vendor that one filter must have been discontinued and was being replaced with a new series. In reality they were completely different types of filters.

Rick got out the spec book and within about 10 minutes was able to easily detail the differences in the products. I was then quickly able to make a decision on which product best fit our application.

My pool filter was out of commission -- I needed some replacement parts right away. Rick was very helpful in not only ensuring I was getting the right parts, but also in tracking down the parts close to my residence. They arrived as promised -- they were the right parts -- got my equipment back in service without a hitch.

I received the gas valve overnight, just like you promised. I would´ve gladly paid the $50 shipping charge even if I had to pay that to get it from the other side of Houston, let alone Las Vegas. Even with the shipping charge, your low everyday price still made the total less than I would´ve paid elsewhere.

Thank you. I received the pump assembly on Wednesday morning and installed it immediately. Electrician hooked it up and got it running on Friday. New pump was very quite compared to old pump. Yours was the best price and service I was able to find any where.
